AI readiness scan
The first paid phase. We map your IT setup with whoever looks after it: licences, mailboxes, shared drives, tools and applications, where data is stored and who owns it. How the data will be handled is gone through with them before anything is connected. The scan also says which AI fits your business, including the one you already pay for.

Connecting
The knowledge base is put in place on your own storage and connected to the sources found in the scan, such as email, shared folders, document systems and your webshop. Your team is shown how to work with it.

First project
One real piece of work where the AI visibly helps, chosen by you. It often starts with recorded interviews that get what people know into the knowledge base. Run with TrotStar, or by your team once the knowledge base is in place.
ResultFinished work you can use, such as customer and supplier profiles, a searchable archive, process flows or an automation.
What it costs
Structuring work
A fixed price is not possible before the AI readiness scan, because the amount of data and where it is stored are not yet known. The work runs in small phases at an hourly rate, with a maximum per phase.
The rate
The hourly rate is suited to small and mid-sized businesses. You hear it in the first conversation, before any commitment, and pay only for the hours used.
Defined deliverables
An automation, a build or a training day has a fixed scope, agreed in advance. In both cases there are no open-ended commitments.
How long
The AI readiness scan is a few days of work. At a manufacturer, it took a little over two months from the first paid phase to a live, connected knowledge base, at the client's own pace, for about 50 hours of billed work.

A short conversation, followed by a demo built live around your business. It takes about an hour, with nothing to prepare and nothing to hand over.
The goal is that you walk out saying "I get it". If the demo shows no clear value within 30 minutes, it stops there.
If it clicks, one meeting with whoever signs, to agree what it should achieve. Then the first paid step, the AI readiness scan, paid by the hour with a maximum agreed with you before it starts.
