Each request sends the AI only the files it opens, encrypted. What is sent is stored in the United States for 30 days, under EU standard contractual clauses.
On a business plan the provider is your processor and does not train on your data. On a personal plan, "Help improve Claude" must be off.
Our access ends when the work ends. Before anything is connected, we go through this with whoever looks after your IT.

The goal is that you walk out saying "I get it". If the demo shows no clear value within 30 minutes, it stops there.
If it clicks, one meeting with whoever signs, to agree what it should achieve. Then the first paid step, the AI readiness scan, paid by the hour with a maximum agreed with you before it starts.
